ALTBERG TABBING BOOT BLACK

Developed in 2008 as a high activity version of the legendary Sneeker Microlite, the Altberg Tabbing boot is a lightweight military boot based on running shoe technology using an AForme foot shape (last). The leg height and shape enhances mobility when running. Underneath the foot, the shock-absorption and torsional resistance give good security and foot comfort on footpaths as well as rough terrain. This tactical boot is ideal for high activity military use.

Note: Altberg has changed this boot to a slightly different specification and we gradually are changing over to the new stock also. The new SF-Mk3 version has lace loops instead of hooks at the top of the boot, and Altberg's newer Defender Hi-Traction sole. Some of our older stock may still be mk.2 with lace hooks - please contact us if you have a particular requirement and we will advise what we have available.

- Lining: Cambrelle ultra breathable, non-waterproof membrane
- Midsole: Tri-Flex 2-3 season, a combination of medium flex and torsional resistance, suitable for tabbing as well as rough terrain, excellent support of ankle and heel
- Sole: Defender Hi-Traction Sole - excellent up-hill traction and downhill braking. Slip Resistance: highest level SRC (ISO EN 20345:2012). Anti-Static: (ISO EN 20344:6.2.2.2 (345). Oil Resistance: (ISO EN 20345:2012). Shock Absorption of Heel: (ISO EN 20344:2012: 5.1.4).
